Where you are now

Your body is doing something extraordinary. It makes sense that it's asking for help.

Perhaps you notice it turning over in bed. Getting out of the car. That ache low in the pelvis by the end of the day, or the ribs that never quite have enough room. None of it means anything is wrong, it means your body is adapting fast, and adaptation is easier with guidance.

When you understand why a change is happening, and you have hands-on care and the right movement for it, the whole experience softens. Most women tell Anna the difference is not only less pain, it's feeling capable again.

Low back & pelvisPelvic girdle pain, sciatica, that "unstable" feeling when you walk.
Ribs & breathRib flare, upper back tension, breathing that feels shallow.
Neck & headHeadaches, neck and shoulder strain, carpal tunnel niggles.
ConfidenceKnowing how to move, rest and prepare for the birth ahead.
The programme

Hands-on care, then seven weeks of knowing exactly how to move.

01

Two 1:1 osteopathy sessions

A full assessment of how your pregnancy is loading your spine, pelvis and ribs, then gentle, drug-free treatment. Your own findings shape what you're given in class. Your second session is either midway through or after the programme, depending on your needs.

02

Seven weeks of specialist Pilates

Ninety minutes each week including the education, led by Anna herself, not a general class with a pregnancy modification. A maximum of 6 women, so every cue is adjusted to the body in front of her.

03

Education at the start of class

A short education session at the start of every class on what is changing in your body, pelvis, ribs, pelvic floor, posture, birth positions, and how to work with it rather than against it.

04

The women beside you

The same faces each week, all in the same season of life. Between classes, the WhatsApp group is there for helpful tips, gentle reminders and encouragement.

Investment Early bird €420 Early bird until 18 October Usual price €470

For two 1:1 osteopathy sessions, seven weekly specialist prenatal Pilates classes, weekly education, and a WhatsApp group for tips and encouragement between classes.

Why this blend works

Four kinds of support, each doing a different job, so your body and mind are cared for together.

During pregnancy, hormones soften your ligaments, your centre of gravity moves forward and your ribs make room for your baby. Treatment on its own can ease discomfort, and exercise on its own can build strength. Combined with understanding and company, the changes tend to last and pregnancy feels less daunting.

01

Osteopathy eases

Gentle, hands-on treatment helps ease tension in your back, pelvis and ribs and restores comfortable movement. Your 1:1 assessment also shapes what you do in class.

02

Pilates supports

Specialist prenatal Pilates builds the deep support of breath, pelvic floor, hips and back, so your body is better able to carry your growing baby and stay comfortable between treatments.

03

Education explains

Each class starts by teaching you about your changing body: what to expect, what is normal and what is worth checking, and how to work with your body as it adapts. You also get practical advice on sleeping, sitting, lifting and positions for birth.

04

The group connects

Sharing this time with a few women at the same stage brings reassurance, friendship and encouragement, and makes it easier to keep going week after week.

“I felt more comfortable, more mobile and much more relaxed.”

“During my third trimester, I was struggling with low back and rib pain. Anna really listened to my concerns and treated me with such a gentle approach. Afterwards, I noticed a real difference in how I was moving and feeling. She also gave me simple tools to help manage my rib pain at home, which made such a difference.”

“Within just a couple of sessions, my headaches had gone.”

“By the end of each workday, I was getting headaches from sitting at my computer while pregnant. Anna helped me understand how pregnancy was changing my posture and gave me simple exercises and tips, including drinking enough water. Within just a couple of sessions, my headaches had gone. I felt more comfortable, more aware of my body and much better equipped to help myself.”

Is it safe?

Gentle by design, and delivered by a registered osteopath.

Osteopathy in pregnancy is non-invasive and drug-free. Anna is UK-trained and registered, with years of postgraduate training in women's health, and every technique and exercise is chosen for the trimester you are in.

Suitable from 12 weeks, right through to your due date.
Supported positions, props and cushions, nothing on your back.
Works alongside your midwife or obstetrician, never instead of them.
No previous Pilates experience needed.

Best for women past 12 weeks who want to keep moving and feel strong throughout their pregnancy. Not all pregnancies are straightforward, though. If you are unsure whether Pilates is right for you during this pregnancy, it may be worthwhile speaking to your midwife or OB-GYN first.
