“The role of the osteopath is to help the body help itself.”
Andrew Taylor Still
hello, I'm Anna
I’ve always had a great passion for health and movement.
I first realised the benefits of osteopathy during an earlier career as a professional ballet dancer while suffering with a chronic injury. Being able to get back on stage convinced me that I would become an osteopath one day.
I graduated with distinction from the British School of Osteopathy (now known as the University College of Osteopaths) in 2006. While there, I discovered a love of working with mums and children, and so in 2008 I completed my Masters of Science in Paediatric Osteopathy at the prestigious Osteopathic Centre for Children in London. Since that time, I had felt a real need to further support women of all generations and so I have continued to specialise in women’s health.
I love the learning environment, so while working in my private practice in London, I returned to the BSO to teach part time for 8 years until my family and I decided to move to Hove on the south coast of England.
Following Covid, a desire to be closer to family and a sense of adventure led us to sunny Spain.
